Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.
If we need to cancel or postpone work, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
